Job Description

Job Summary:  

The Clerical Assistant is responsible for assisting the Hub Manager and other employees with creating and maintaining accurate Shreveport Hub activity records.

Reporting Relationship:

Reports directly to the Hub Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Responsible for working safely in all job aspects and functions.
  • Promotes and fosters safety and efficiency in all Hub employees and activity.
  • Creates inbound and outbound spreadsheets for waste material.
  • Enters inbound waste material from local Branch route trucks into Crystal Clean computer programs.
  • Prints outbound paperwork for waste materials.
  • Maintains accurate files of inbound/outbound paperwork.
  • Assists Hub Manager with maintaining accurate records of Hub activity.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements: 

  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience required.
  • Previous clerical experience in warehouse or plant setting preferred.

Specific Skills:

  • Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Suite products (i.e., Excel, Word, and Outlook).

Education, Certificates, Licenses, Designations or Memberships: 

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Training:

Fisher Online Training Courses:

  • D.O.T. Safety – Meets Requirements of 49 CFR 172.704 (Every 3 Years).
  • RCRA (Annual).  

Offline Training Courses:

  • Emergency & Evacuation Training (Annual).

Must be willing to undergo a background check in accordance with local laws and regulations.
