Job Description

Heritage - Crystal Clean LLC, a leader in the environmental services industry, is looking for a self-motivated team player to join our rapidly growing organization.  The Water Services Sales position functions as an essential operative in the Oily Water Business by maximizing the value of the established customer base while working closely with operations and marketing team to build customer relationships, capture new customers with goal to maximize margins, and secure supply contracts.

Specific Duties: 

  • Responsible for sales growth, new business development and customer retention, in a certain geographic area as assigned by the Company

  • Achieve sales quotas for total revenue and new customer development.

  • Define and implement efficient prospecting strategy

  • Negotiate oily water pricing including terms of agreements

  • Monitor and report the business performance on a daily, weekly and period basis

  • Educate both internal and external customers in aspects of the waste water industry

  • Work with branch personnel as well as operations and logistics to ensure adequate and timely supply to the waste water treatment plant

  • Secure and report field intelligence regarding price movements, consolidations, and competitive programs

  • Adhere to all corporate policies and standards including but not limited to environmental and regulatory, human resources, facility, equipment, operations and maintenance

  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Work Experience

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience

 Education, Certificates, Licenses, or Designations

  • High School diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor’s Degree preferred

Personal Protective Equipment

  • Individual may be required to utilize personal protective equipment while conducting customer site visits

Work Environment: While performing essential duties of this position an individual regularly works in a variety of environments, and is required to see, talk, hear, reach with hands, stand, walk, use a computer keyboard, mouse, telephone, and other office equipment. Noise level of the environment is generally quiet, but may vary depending on customer site visits.
